Pre-workout

So I went to GNC today because I've been wanting something to boost my workouts. I want to be able to go the extra mile. I got talked into Pump-HD. It has as much caffeine as three cups of coffee. It's supposed to act like Gatorade mixed with an energy drink. It was my first day using it. I got a lot of energy but It didn't help my workout. I'll keep trying it to see if it improves.

Climbing to the top.

This morning I hiked 5 miles of mountains. It took two hours but it was great. I ate like crap today though which didn't make anything better. I burned 626 calories. Tomorrow I'll do better. I won't have the chance to hike but I will go for a long run. Wish me luck!

This Should Be Interesting

I stayed under my calorie goal for today! I'm super pumped about this. I didn't run today but I'm going on a big hike in the morning. Hitting the mountain at 8am! Also I found a groupon for crossfit. I bought a month of unlimited crossfit for $30. It will take a lot for me to get into this. Most people stray away from it because it is so hard. I'm ready to take the challenge! Wish me luck!

Moment of Truth

Waking up I had to finally step on the scale and see what I'm going up against. It was definitely a smack in the face. I've gained 9 pounds since October according to myfitnesspal. I have all of my fitness apps linked up to push me through this process. Today is my day off so I will be heavily focused on my habits. Wish me luck!

Day One

Today is the first day of my journey. I'm starting a 21 day cold turkey no junk food diet. You may have seen this in Pinterest so I'll be testing it out seeing how hard this is. Hopefully after all 21 days I won't crave junk food anymore. I'll keep you posted!
